My attitude to students
I suppose that the most essential part of teaching maths is actually to carry the charm and the clarity of the subject while valuing the learning tempo of an individual child. I rely on trusting in every single scholar, the fact that everyone has the ability to realise and do the mathematics introduced to him or her. I suppose that the goal of teaching is to equip every scholar with skill-sets and logical argument to develop and function in the general public. That is why I wish to serve my students respectfully and to be just as supportive as I can be in the education process whilst stimulating them to uncover other ways of thinking and fresh thoughts and guidelines. I will definitely pay attention every single scholar's needs reasonably of what exactly is possible and what tools are available in the class. I will look for to spend as much or more effort and time as I expect from my students. I will acknowledge that I get as much to find out each year like my students, and I will be open enough to accept critique and open to new techniques of educating in an attempt to range all of the learning styles.
The source of support and help for students
I see my role at this spot as an authority figure, much in a similar way their real school teachers are, yet also as an additional supplier of encouragement and help. My role is that of a guide simply because I don't teach a full day of classes as my grand teacher does, thus I can be a resource the scholars may choose to receive extra assistance or can count on to get back up. My function is also that of a learner, so I see myself as an extension of my students, I am definitely learning with them what it means to be a successful mathematics tutor.
No extra worksheets
In contrast to many tutoring groups in Mandogalup, at the time of the normal school year, I actually work with the data which the student gains in his/her classroom. In other words, I won't demand that students do extra worksheets and homework that are not really involved in the scholar's maths class, still, instead, I train the learner in fields of his/her maths lesson that can be hard as clarity and depth of realisation, use of principles, and test-taking strategies. Everything I do is connected straightly to assisting the scholar to better understand the material from the maths course that they are having and to improve the grade in that class.
